• Routine carpet cleaning is recommended to preserve the life of your carpet.  As a
  general rule, professional cleaning by a certified firm should take place about once
  per year.  For extremely heavy traffic areas, cleaning may be required more often.
  

Our Process:
1.  Pre-vacuum all carpet to remove any large particles.
2.  Pre-treat carpet and any spots with detergent.
3.  Flush carpet with hot water extraction method.  Heat helps to release the soil.
4.  Rake carpet fibers for enhanced drying.
5.  Use blowers to facilitate drying.

     





UPHOLSTERY CLEANING
FCC also cleans upholstery.  The upholstery fabric is first inspected and tested for color
fastness.

SOIL PROTECTOR
We recommend applying a soil protector like 3M Scotchgard after each cleaning to protect
the fibers after spills and soiling.  At that point you should have a professional carpet
cleaner re-apply the treatment after professional.  Scotchgard will help the soil slide off of
the carpet easier when vacuuming, spots will be easier to remove, and professional
cleaning will be more effective – in turn, making your carpet investment last longer.
